What We Treat

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
IBS is a common digestive disorder that can cause symptoms like bloating, gas, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and/or constipation. We are highly specialised in the area of IBS and digestive issues. The management involves working closely with us to identify trigger foods and develop a customised nutrition plan to manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.
Gut Health & Digestive Discomfort
Poor gut health can lead to a whole range of issues including (but not limited to) low mood, poor mental health, hormonal imbalances, deficiencies, poor immunity and inflamed skin. We help you identify the root cause of gut issues and put a plan in place to build and nourish a healthy gut to protect your long term health.

Digestive issues like bloating, gas, constipation, and diarrhoea are often secondary to poor gut health. Digestive issues can be uncomfortable and disruptive to your daily life. We will work with you to identify the root cause of your digestive issues, and develop a plan to manage them through diet and lifestyle changes to protect your long term health.

Diverticular Disease
Diverticular disease is a condition in which small, bulging pouches develop in the digestive tract. We can help you manage diverticular disease through diet and lifestyle changes, including increasing certain fibres and avoiding certain foods that may exacerbate symptoms to prevent a flare up in future.
Food Intolerances & Allergies
Food intolerances and allergies can be challenging, particularly to those who are newly diagnosed. We provide guidance on how to modify your diet to avoid allergens or manage intolerances while still maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet and preventing any chance of long-term deficiencies.
Skin Health & Acne
Your skin health can be influenced by your diet, and certain foods can exacerbate acne and other skin conditions. We recommend a skin health package so we can identify which foods may be contributing to your skin problems and develop a customised nutrition plan to support healthy, clear skin. Follow up appointments are essential for further education and changes to support your skin health journey.

Hormonal Imbalances
Hormonal imbalances can cause a variety of symptoms, including weight gain, mood swings, and irregular menstrual cycles. Amenorrhea (absence of a period) is often heavily influenced by our diet and lifestyle habits also. We can help you identify the foods and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your hormonal imbalances and develop a plan to support your hormone health. Addressing underlying nutritional deficiencies or imbalances and supplementation may also be a key part of your management.

Pregnancy & Postnatal
Proper nutrition is crucial during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, as it can support the health of both you and your baby. We can help you ensure you're getting all the nutrients you need, and also provide guidance on navigating pregnancy-related issues like gestational diabetes and morning sickness whilst still meeting your nutritional requirements.

Alternative Dietary Patterns
If you follow alternative dietary patterns for personal or ethical reasons, such as veganism, vegetarianism or gluten-free diets, we can help you ensure you're getting all the necessary nutrients from your chosen dietary pattern and develop a customised nutrition plan to support your health.
Lifestyle Diseases (Diabetes, Heart Disease)
Many chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure, can be managed through diet and lifestyle changes. We can work with you to create a nutrition plan that supports your health and help to prevent the progression of your disease.
