The healthy gut package option allows an in-depth audit of your current diet and lifestyle to target your specific gut problems and recommend a plan specific to you and your lifestyle.
The skin health package option allows an in-depth audit of your current diet and lifestyle to identify what may be contributing to your skin problems and develop a customised nutrition plan to fill the gaps and support the development of healthy, clear skin.
The hormone balancing package option allows an in-depth audit of your current diet and lifestyle to identify what may be contributing to your hormonal imbalance and develop a customised nutrition and supplement plan to promote healthy hormone production and detoxification, to fill the nutrition gaps and support the production of healthy, balanced hormones.

Pregnancy Package (Prenatal) $400
The pregnancy package provides education and support for you throughout your pregnancy journey. The package option includes meal planning and recipe options to promote a healthy pregnancy and reduce the risk of common pregnancy problems such as gestational diabetes, food aversions and constipation.
Each trimester we will meet to discuss any questions you may have, ways to navigate any symptoms, and nutrient priorities for the next phase of baby's growth. The recipes and meal plan provided will help to support any nutrition recommendations we discuss.
Our Postnatal Package is designed to make good nutrition as simple as possible during the hectic postpartum period whilst also providing support and helping to navigate any difficult postpartum challenges that may arise. We include plenty of recipes for meals that can be made in advance, are freezer-friendly, leave leftovers, and are easy to prepare.
Recipes also contain plenty of galactagogues to promote lactation and plenty of fibre to prevent constipation.

What is included if I purchase both packages?
Purchasing both packages together is recommended as you have continuation of care with the same Dietitian throughout your pregnancy, and you have email access to your Dietitian for the duration of your package for any questions or support you may need.
Continuation of care throughout pregnancy is invaluable and will provide a sense of comfort for you that you are supporting yourself and your baby nutritionally during pregnancy, but also in the early months of life.
The package duration depends on you and your situation, but typically the package will run from your first trimester of pregnancy, right through until you are 3 months postpartum.
