About My Dietitian Clinic

We support and advocate for women's health in a more holistic and sustainable way. We are passionate about supporting a community of women beyond just the personalised advice and dietary changes. We believe focusing on the long term results from the beginning allows more continuation of care, more individualised support and leads to longer lasting, sustainable change.

Ellen Kessling | BHSc, MND

Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist

Hi! I am Ellen. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist specialising in Women’s Health, Gut Health and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

I completed my 4-year Health Science Degree at the University of Adelaide in 2018, and went on to complete my 2-year Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at Flinders University. I moved from Adelaide to the Gold Coast in 2021 and shortly after founded My Dietitian Clinic.

Along with my University qualifications, I am a trained Monash FODMAP Dietitian and have developed expertise in Gut Health and IBS management, and I also enjoy the area of women’s health, including skin, hormones, fertility, and pre & post pregnancy nutrition.

I love treating all areas of women's health with a holistic and empathetic approach to practise and I encourage sustainable, long-term changes rather than quick fixes. I focus a lot on packages and programs in my practice to provide more ongoing, specialised care and support beyond a 1:1 consultation.

I believe a well-rounded, holistic approach to care leads to more effective and sustainable results in my clients.

My Dietitian Clinic was created so I could provide better care for women. I wanted the freedom to provide more support, more continuation of care and as a result, help my clients to achieve longer lasting and more sustainable results.
